CLIENT OVERVIEW

Japanese animation or Anime, is highly recognized across the world. Its unique visual language, narrative, and dynamic expressions have evolved very differently compared to other types of animations, which gives it a distinct flare. whatever wanted to create an entertainment piece that no one has seen before, by merging this world of Japanimation and the technique of stop-motion animation. The very labor-intensive production process is time-consuming and costly. So we thought, can a pilot be produced to generate excitement and generate seed funding through a crowdfunding campaign?

PROJECT OVERVIEW

QP's role was to offer a strategy for raising awareness of the pilot and crowdfunding campaign, while also helping raise the profile of director Masashi Kawamura.

We leveraged the beautifully created pilot film and targeted anime fans, "nerd culture," and communities that would geek out on the technical process.
