Enter Nicer Co. Working with founders Joe Reiss, Suzy Jones, and members of the SF Equity Group, we developed Nicer Co. to be a social movement, not a marketing idea. Cannabis as a tool for unification, not division.

We created a brand purposefully built to be a bridge between cannabis pioneers and the mainstream. A brand designed for community outreach and to win permits in any municipality. A company focused on lifting communities targeted by the War on Drugs out of poverty.

The idea of Cannabis as a bridge carried through every facet of the brand. Naming workshops landed on Nicer Co. as a welcoming description of a company levering capitalism for positive change, with each aspect of the visual identity, Go to Market strategy, creative campaigns and more was centered around themes of unification and empowerment.

Nicer Co. ability to bring legislators, communities, and businesses together was proven by the brand’s ability to win five highly coveted retail permits in San Francisco’s intensely competitive environment.
