CLIENT OVERVIEW

Shryne Group is the L.A.-based parent company behind cult-brand STIIIZY. Beginning in 2019, as Shryne Group expanded its retail footprint throughout California and the U.S., they engaged QP as a serial thought partner and trusted counselor with a focus on winning support from local communities and legislatures.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

QP began its work with Shryne Group by helping to amplify the Social Impact programs Shryne Group executed; demonstrating how cannabis companies should engage with and uplift their communities. This was accomplished through an editorial program as well as a media strategy and hands-on sessions in support of Shryne's Social Equity Programs and Equity Partners.

Additionally, QP partnered with Shryne Group on Corporate Reputation strategies, from developing reactive comms plans, to media training, and modeling crisis scenarios. We worked directly with leadership as a new board, CEO, and leadership team were put in place. We developed and executed campaigns to assert Shryne Group's Market Leadership and strategies for entering new markets.
