data.ai is the industry leader in mobile data and analytics. Powered by one of the first AI data analysis platforms in the space, it now has over 1 million users including Google, Apple, Uber, Snap and more.
QP helped data.ai secure those enterprise clients through an integrated content program that established the company as a leader while generating high-quality leads.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
data.ai was aiming to become the industry leader in mobile data and analytics but faced an inflection point.
data.ai had launched with a Freemium model that provided the company with a user base and much-needed training data for its Applied AI. But now they were drowning in noise from low-quality leads (students, hobbyists, indie devs), making it difficult to focus on the enterprise clients it needed to reach its goals.
QP was brought in to lead a content strategy program that would help drive this transition to enterprise growth.
After an analysis and cross-functional interviews, it was clear that the biggest impediment to enterprise accounts was a lack of knowledge of product functionality and the larger mobile analytics space.
In response we created The Academy from scratch, a SEO mobile strategy educational platform which consisted of over 35K words, 30 infographics and 5 videos, all translated into 7 languages.
This educational platform was SEO friendly around broader terms, brought in an average of 15K monthly pageviews, generated higher quality leads, and could be used as an onboarding and retention tool for CSM teams.
In turn data.ai would go on to build a client roster that included Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Tencent and many more, paving the way for a successful acquisition in 2024.
